Many companies charge flat rate pricing. We do not. We have found that we can do the same job for less cost by charging hourly rates. It is fair to you (the customer) and suitable for us. Please call the office for our current rates.
All properties have a separate water shut-off valve. Some have one in the front bed next to the house, but all have one at their water provider's water meter.
When turning off their water meter, it is best to call your water provider's office to have them come and turn it off for you.
All exterior faucets or any exposed piping needs protection from freezing temperatures.
The most prone to freeze pipes are either outside or on an exterior wall of the structure. In a house, you can open cabinet doors to sinks on an outer wall. Please set up a fan to circulate the warm air from inside your home, blowing it into the open cabinets. For any outside faucets, you should cover them with something. Anything is better than nothing when it comes to freezing temps.
