This has been a headache since February 1st when we discovered the problem.

Because it was noticed during the hard freeze of January 31 to February 2, the insurance company was contacted. 

That made it drag out way too long.

Michael Kimberling had this repaired in about an hour and a half. 

We are very excited to have this shower usable again and even more excited that it wasn't the problem the insurance company made it out to be.

Michael has a great demeanor for working in people's homes. 

Very low key, no hard sell or making something seem like it's worse than it might be.
